Abstract:
Even when it seemed there was long, and not by calendar, since 2010 is just around the corner, but by later dates that were rumoured to the commencement of the called Plan Bologna, because nowadays the new curricula are not yet finalized, at least in the Engineering Degrees from our University, it seems that again it is necessary to accelerate to enter date.

With the creation of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), there are changes which are announced and they are relevant. In any case, teachers who feel concerns regarding the imminent changes to the educational framework, we have been training so that we are not caught by "the new" by surprise. That is to say, we usually talk, among others, about the term competences instead of using goals.

The aim of this communication is to show, through a rubric, the design of a competence assessment tool that allows both the teacher and the student realize the level of achievement in each competence.
