Abstract:
Statistics are growing more and more in real life. For students, understanding Statistics, its purpose and relevant application in real life situations is very important. Misleading statistics often appear in advertising, hoax news, political struggle, etc. To better understand statistical concepts and laws, teachers can also use digital technologies. At present, it is most acceptable and motivating for students to use mobile applications when learning. M-learning is very attractive for students because each student has their own smartphone. It is also important to use this potential for educational purposes combined with good applications and a suitable teaching methodology. One of the great applications is GeoGebra, which also has a significant use for visualization in statistics.

In our contribution, we will demonstrate some examples of how to use this application to develop student literacy. We have created worksheets and methodical guides to them. We taught learning about social constructivism in order to explore, cooperate, discuss and support critical thinking. We will also highlight our experience with the use of these worksheets and learning activities with students.
