Abstract:
The emergence of distance learning mode promotes the change and innovation of school teaching mode. It is an inevitable choice for continuing education to meet the development requirements of the times to build an information-based and personalized education and teaching system for distance learning and to improve the effectiveness of distance learning. Based on the analysis of information on the learning needs of adolescents and distance learning, we propose a reform proposal for angina pectoris exercise intervention for adolescents to support the improvement of the effectiveness of distance learning. The article discusses the use of Internet technology for distance learning to provide adolescents with a teaching model for distance therapeutic physical education courses serving to prevent and intervene in angina pectoris diseases and to develop electronic educational resources to deliver "physical training" subjects. Angina pectoris is a clinical form of coronary heart disease, which is characterized by sudden onset of chest pain, due to acute insufficiency of blood supply to the myocardium. Through angina therapeutic physical education. Improvement of peripheral circulation of cardiac function in adolescents; normalization of cardiovascular and respiratory regulation; improvement of nutritional processes in the myocardium; overall strengthening of physical fitness level. In contrast to traditionally organized physical education classes and distance learning, distance learning techniques are more beneficial for students to understand the relationship between physical education and health and to improve theoretical understanding of physical education subjects. Distance therapeutic physical education courses are more conducive to monitoring students' physical improvement; the amount of physical activity allows adolescents to use adaptive physical exercise and the rhythm of exercise is easier to grasp. Using a gradual principle to increase the load is more effective for angina intervention in adolescents.
