COMA is the way to integrate MOOC courses in the most important Spanish speaking University in the world. The aim of this paper is to show the results of our experience developed during one semester making a comparison between tools, interaction and students´ profile when they have signed on for "The Welfare State" subject using formal or official teaching and in the case of a Massive On-line Open course at the same time.
