Abstract:
The Bologna Space has demanded the university education to focus on training students in competencies and soft skills. The virtual tool of Service-Learning (vS-L) is very suitable to carry out this task insofar as it incorporates a service aspect to the learning process that, in addition, allows students to be the protagonists of their own training process.
The possibility of developing it online has important strengths: being able to implement it even when mobility is restricted, linking any student regardless of their place of residence and a significant reduction in the costs of carrying out this type of S-L experiences.

Objectives of the experience:
To develop an vS-L project which implementation allows:
- To provide a service to the community consisting in the proposal of indicators to evaluate the Family Support Centers (FSC) of the Madrid City Council.
- To train students, from a practical point of view, in the design of management indicators for organizations.
- To know the students' opinion about the vS-L methodology as a collaborative and experiential learning tool.
- To sensitize students on some of the SDGs: 1, 4, 5, 11, 16 and 17.

Methodology:
The project has been carried out with the participation of the Public Management students from the Degree in Legal Sciences of Public Administrations, and the Planning and Evaluation of Social Services students from the Degree in Social Work, both from UNED’s Faculty of Law. These subjects are taught during the first semester of the third year of the Degree.

This project has been developed entirely online using the UNED's educational platform, aLF.

Its implementation has required the following activities:
- Motivation letter from the students to be selected.
- Compulsory readings on Service-Learning (S-L), indicators and on the material object of the Project, i.e. on FSCs.
- Questionnaire of 20 questions to check the readings.
- Completion of UNED’s MOOC on S-L.
- Proposal of indicators.

For the examination of the experience, a mixed methodology has been developed, combining quantitative and discursive analysis based on the results of the following techniques:
- Online Focus Group to evaluate the experience.
- Practice evaluation questionnaire, developed in different vS-L projects, which can be accessed at the following link: https://forms.gle/jzG8K2FF9USWFKB87.

Discussion:
The students' opinions reveal certain strengths and weaknesses of the Project which are summarized in the following table:

Weaknesses:
- Not knowing the people in charge of the FSCs in the City Council.
- Not visiting any FSC.

Strengths:
It helps students to:
- Descend into the reality of the facts.
- Complement their theoretical training with practical knowledge.
- Become aware of some of the SDGs.
- Assume their protagonism as actors of social change.
- Feel useful to the Madrid City Council.
- Interact with other bodies of the Administration.
- "Enjoy", feeling part of such important projects.

Results:
Proposal of 168 indicators to evaluate the Family Support Centers of the Madrid City Council.
Evaluation of the experience:
- 90.9% of participating students consider the effort to have been worthwhile.
- 87.5% would recommend the experience to other colleagues.
- 93.9% responded that they found the structure of the Project to be appropriate.
- 93.9% rated the S-L Project positively (51.5% considered the experience to have been very enriching and 42.4% positive in general).
