THE ICT COORDINATOR AND THE INTREGRATION OF THE INFORMATION AND COMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES IN THE SCHOOLS

This research brought out inside the Project called “Regional educational policies and their effects on educational innovation supported by the use of ICT in schools” which is inside of National Master Plan of Scientific Research, Development and Technologic Innovation that have the following reference SEJ2006-12435-CO5-01. The paper presents the results on how educational policies with ICT have been projected in school management and good teaching practices through supporting management teams and promoting the inclusion of ICT in schools. For this, we are going to make statistic analysis about the role that managers played in the use and integration of ICT in schools in questions such as creating networking and working teachers groups, teacher training, participation of teachers in innovation projects with ICT and promoting new methods of work where ICTs are facilitators of learning, among others. The results that we got show the clue issues to make the success of the good teaching practices with ICT easier in the organization management. Therefore the initiatives identified here are keys to steer the educational policies with ICT inside the school system.
