Abstract:
The Blackboard Ultra® e-learnig interface for communication and class development of a learning unit corresponding to the civil engineering educational program is described. In this article we describe the procedure for structuring a course using an instructional design in which the course content is developed by topic and subtopic using a unit of content. In each subtopic the what, how, for what and by what values the student will develop each of their activities is described. Interaction with the teacher and student is shown through synchronous communication with Blackboard Collaborate®, links are established with other digital tools such as You Tube®, Screencast-O-Matic®, Google® Drive, for asynchronous communication.
Communication and significant learning results, monitoring of activities and assigning a final value to the evaluation are evident. The use of this platform has been useful because it is a tool that has all the necessary components for the development of the course and assessment of student performance. Keywords:
