Abstract:
In this paper we will present our experiences in the workshop "Design and development of digital educational resources" given to teachers of high school and undergraduate degree, both from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM acronym in Spanish).

We will begin by describing the characteristics of the workshop, the framework in wich has been teached and the didactic approach of digital educational resources that are worked on it. Based on the above description and the presentation of examples of concrete observations of the process followed by the teachers in the design of digital resources, we will speak of the reflections, lessons and good practices generated from the experience.

The workshop is part of the academic offer of the "h@bitat puma" program of the Coordination of Technologies for Education of the Directorate General Services Computing and Information and Communications Technology, (DGTIC, acronym in Spanish) of the UNAM. The digital educational resources that are used during the workshop seek, among other things, to apply the approach of learning by doing. Was taken as a basis for this workshop, the approach of the “retos TIC project”, also of the institutional program indicated above.
