Abstract:

Nowadays we are witness how semantic web services where social construction, the collaborative approach, the versatile and effective exchange of information through metadata standards and ontologies . they are becoming more popular and people are increasing the connection to social networks and online communities. The article scope is the collaborative context of an online community of research and development.

This article describes the proposal for design of agent with new technologies of semantic web in order to facilitate monitoring and visualization of interactions between community users. This aims to analyze and establish a Social Technographics Profile of users according to the degree of involvement in the community. This design is divided into two modules: Monitoring Module based on Semantics with users’ interactions based on their relationships with others users and the interactions content, Visualization Module to display a diagram according interactions and content too.
