Abstract:
Over the last 10-15 years the vector of attention of educational institutions around the world is increasingly shifting from mass education to individualized education. The implementation of this process is facilitated by the active introduction of digital technologies into the educational process and widespread use of adaptive learning models. The main task of adaptive learning is the logical construction of an individual educational trajectory for each student, increasing their performance by using their strengths, taking into account the level of existing knowledge.

The article deals with different types of students' motivation, styles of their cognitive activity and peculiarities of students' interaction scenarios with adaptive content depending on their personality type. The authors analyzed the online courses used in educational activities and the types of digital content that make them up. The correspondence of content types to the preferred learning styles was marked, and the criteria of students' success at the intermediate stages of learning were determined. Connections between the level of current certification in progress and the level of complexity of the content presented to the learner at the next step of training taking into account the type of personality of the learner were constructed.

The aim of the article: to develop an algorithm for forming an individual educational trajectory of students, depending on the cognitive style and personality type of learners, involving the development of individual scenarios of students' interaction with the educational content.
