Abstract:This paper deals with the activities developed by a team of professors at the Social Studies Faculty during the academic year 2008-2009 in the training Project entitled: Internationalization in the design of the training practices in Social Work and Human Resources Management in the Bolonia Proces",
Thus, we introduce some tools to improve internationalization at the school while designing a new curricula for studens in the Bolonia Process. To do this, we do no use not just the traditional teaching/researching methodology but a new one based on international mobility for staff and students. The experience developed in this first year project are inspiring for our future developments at the school, enabling a better understanding of how the same problems can be solved in different scenarios. The project described include international Workshops with students and teachers from other european universities, website tools and english modules. The next step is to come next academic year.
