New online technologies are of real use to children, even from preschool. Learning is more interactive, more attractive and allows differentiated work while respecting the pace of learning but also learning and the age peculiarities of children. By using new technologies in preschoolers, the amount of information presented in a short time is much higher and the monitoring and evaluation of learning outcomes is fast. Based on these online educational and information resources, students' critical thinking and ability to systematise the acquired information are developed. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of new online technologies on language in preschoolers. The research was conducted on a sample of 261 people, divided into two categories: 214 teachers and 47 parents from Bucharest, Romania. Both quantitative and qualitative methods were used to collect the data, such as the survey and interview. The survey and interview were addressed to both teachers and parents.
