Abstract:
This study evaluates the effectiveness of gamified digital interventions in enhancing sexual education, gender awareness, and interpersonal skills among adolescents, based on a systematic review of 42 peer-reviewed studies. The research explores the use of gamified modules within digital platforms that simulate social and interpersonal scenarios to improve communication skills, promote consent, challenge gender roles, provide sexual health education, and teach cognitive-behavioral strategies. Conducted using PRISMA guidelines, the review analyzes studies targeting adolescents aged 14-18 and finds that these interventions significantly enhance understanding of sexual education and gender equity, while improving interpersonal communication skills. Participants demonstrated more favorable attitudes toward gender roles and better application of cognitive-behavioral strategies for managing emotions and behaviors. The findings confirm the efficacy of gamified digital interventions in addressing sensitive educational topics, highlighting their potential for widespread adoption in educational settings as an engaging and inclusive approach to learning, particularly when tailored to gender differences. Keywords:
