Abstract:
This paper presents a research project which proposes a methodological alternative for technological development in terms of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) formation for the appropriation at vulnerable communities. Through integrating the concept of human capacities with the agile methodologies approach for software development, this proposal incorporates the situated character of the formation process for the construction of citizenship, emphasizes in the collaboration between members of the community and appropriates the philosophy of the agile approach as an iterative, incremental and adaptable model based on collaboration, self-organization and continuous learning. This methodological proposal incorporates a group of practices focused on people, from the socio-educational perspective of the formative strategy which is called Ciudadanía con Sentido. Techniques to assume the change are promoted and values as effective communication, team work and confidence, social requirements in highly changing environments, are fomented. The proposal takes shape through a group of inherited practices from the agile methodologies approach for the planning, development and follow up of activities related to the construction of software products. It is recognized the agile approach as conceptual platform for the construction of software in research scenarios which communities have a low technological literacy level, a commitment for the management and execution of software projects from the human capacities approach that allows a co-creation exercise with communities in vulnerable conditions interested in the development of citizen’s capacities which articulates both physical and digital territories.
