Abstract:

The aim of this study is:
1. study and a synthesis of Russian and international experience (with special attention to synthesis of Russian experience);
2. to develop a key set of principles that help to ensure the security in education, guaranteeing and maintaining the safety of the educational environment.
We used a variety of methods in our research:
-the method of historical and logical analysis of regulatory documents of (the Federal State Educational Standard of Russia, foreign research, etc.), papers of prominent scientists connected with the issue;
- study and theoretical analysis and synthesis of pedagogical literature;
- comparison of domestic research on this question.
The educational environment is an integral part of the most important tasks related to ensuring quality and affordable education for all students of the Russian Federation.
We have thoroughly examined the Federal State Educational Standard of Russia and outlined several points. The Federal State Educational Standard of Russia includes the requirements:
- to the results of mastering the educational program of basic and advanced types;
- to the conditions for the implementation of the educational program of basic and advanced types, including personnel, financial, material and technical and other conditions.
The methodology of the implementation of these requirements should be the creation of an educational environment:
- ensuring the achievement of the goals of basic general education, its high quality, accessibility and openness for students and the whole society, spiritual and moral development and education of students;
- guaranteeing the protection and strengthening of the physical, psychological and social health of students;
- successive in relation to primary general education and taking into account the peculiarities of the organization of basic general education, as well as the specifics of the age-related psychophysical development of students, etc.
Thus, the authors of the article developed a key set of principles that help to ensure the safety in education, guaranteeing and maintaining the safety of the educational environment:
- education should be based on democratic principles;
- the school develops the competencies and skills necessary for the future life, learning should be designed close to real-life scenarios and challenges;
- concerning the lessons, a special attention should be paid to the development of cognitive activity, independence, self-discipline and internal motivation for students' self-learning (the lessons should create opportunities for students’ self-realization), etc.
The results of the work are determined by creating psychologically comfortable and safe environment in an educational institution, providing the formation of conditions for the students’ personal and professional development, providing his favorable social interactions in everyday life, as well as maintaining and strengthening mental health of subjects of the educational process. In connection with this, psychological comfort and safety should be considered as the most important resource capable of directing the vector of developing educational institutions on the further development that provide the formation of psychological security of the educational process.
