Abstract:
The methodology applied in the investigation made about the wine´s architecture over the Utiel-Requena area, has given us the knowledge of the country side heritage under the point of view of the nature, composition, functionality and implementation.

It´s important the development of a well structured methodology which helps the arrangement of the investigation.

Our own experience it´s translated to the class, in order to give to the students a work method to help the cataloguing of any construction typology through an organized structure. The experience consists in proposing a place in which the students can develop a cataloging study. They will make an individual project to analise a specific typology.

In order to make easier the teaching work and the transmission of the knowledge, a taxonomical system supported by files is created. In this way the methodology is systematized and allows us to compare different examples compiled in the catalogue.

Once completed the typological analysis from each proposed area and obtained the characterization files from each example, we can take information that helps us to know every different studied typology.

The objective of this methodology is to create tidy work systems that allow us the extrapolation to any other investigation in the architecture area.
