Abstract:
The necessity of pedagogical adaptation of foreign schoolchildren to the new educational environment of a modern school in the process of studying science subjects is substantiated. Pedagogical adaptation requires the identification of specific pedagogical conditions and the development of certain teaching technologies. The process of teaching foreign schoolchildren science subjects is analyzed by the example of teaching chemistry and geography.

The application of a personal approach to identify technologies of pedagogical adaptation of foreign schoolchildren to a new educational environment is substantiated. The personal approach requires taking into account all the individual characteristics of students, including national ones. The study focuses on such features of foreign schoolchildren as a low level of training in sciences and a language barrier. Through a personal approach, the technologies of pedagogical adaptation of foreign schoolchildren to the new educational environment are revealed. Special attention is paid to project activities, the use of digital resources and author's mind maps in chemistry and geography in teaching.

Three technologies of pedagogical adaptation of foreign schoolchildren to the new educational environment have been developed. The first is the technology of adaptation of practical work for students of grades 8-11 (the algorithm has been simplified from the point of view of syntax; qr-code has been added with a link to a video clip for the work or a fragment of laboratory work with mandatory safety instructions; diagrams, drawings, a glossary for each work are provided). The second is the technology of adaptation of project activities (the topic of the science project is chosen based on the national and relevant component for the student; comparative analysis of the project results with data that could be obtained in the student's home country). Thirdly, to learn how to solve chemical tasks using mind maps technology

The five-year testing of the identified pedagogical technologies of adaptation of foreign schoolchildren from Central Asian countries to the new educational environment in the study of chemistry and geography has yielded positive results.
