Abstract:
The necessity of personalizing school education in modern socio-economic conditions is substantiated. Personalization of education requires the design and implementation of individual educational routes, especially for the independent work of gifted students studying in an IT lyceum. The process of teaching natural sciences is analyzed using the example of teaching chemistry in the context of digital didactics.

The application of a personalized approach for the design and identification of pedagogical conditions for the implementation of individual educational routes for gifted students has been substantiated. A personalized approach requires the development of the personal potential of schoolchildren through the use of various didactic approaches and digital didactics as well. The study focuses on the cognitive and emotional development of the personality, as well as the socialization of schoolchildren. Through a personalized approach, such individual educational routes have been designed, where students are given freedom of self-determination in choosing the complexity and content of education in a specific area of knowledge at a specific stage of education. At the same time, the role of mentoring and tutoring in teaching schoolchildren is growing.

The characteristics of the concepts of "giftedness", "individual educational routes" are given in the context of a personalized approach. The stages of designing individual educational routes have been developed, their pedagogical potential has been revealed. Invariant structural components of individual educational routes have been developed - target, meaningful, technological, diagnostic, organizational.

All subjects of the educational process are considered. These are schoolchildren, subject teachers (in this study in chemistry), parents, a teacher of additional education, a university teacher (in the role of a mentor), a successful student of a specialized university institute (in the role of a tutor), an educational psychologist. When diagnosing schoolchildren, tests were used to determine temperament, type of thinking, an integral indicator of general abilities, and diagnostics of educational motivation.

The pedagogical conditions for the implementation of the designed individual educational routes are revealed. This is a diagnostic identification of personal characteristics; ensuring participation in subject Olympiads of your choice; the use of creative forms of knowledge in the chosen field of knowledge (circles, projects, tournaments, quizzes, quests and much more), taking into account personal educational needs; the use of modern educational and methodological support for individual educational routes, including digital educational resources. Practical recommendations for teachers on the implementation of individual educational routes of students have been developed.

According to the results of the five-year implementation of the designed individual educational routes for gifted students, there is a steady positive trend in the results of teaching chemistry. Prize-winners and winners of chemical Olympiads were prepared, diplomas were received at high-level schoolchildren's conferences, winners of the chemical tournament and Worldskills Junior were prepared in the competence "Laboratory chemical analysis", and high results were obtained for passing the main and unified state exams.
