Abstract:
This presentation will address how Real-Time/Online educational experiences can be extremely effective in shaping the behavior of managers, or any one in their workplaces. Much of what will be addressed, is rooted in my personal experience over the last 3 years. During that time I have taught approximately 400 students (Adult Learners) within a graduate program of management at Harvard University. The student population is varied, with students coming from every part of the world, and also including professionals of every type; engineers, IT, attorneys, medical doctors, managers, administrators, accountants, etc.

Based on certain practices employed within the class and during the semester, most students report that they are using the new ideas and approaches in their varied work environments and with great success.

The presentation will include the specific approaches that are employed within the class, and specifically the building of a learning community and classroom culture.
