Abstract:
Along with nowadays thundering technological evolution, reflected in market’s dynamism, the modern companies understand the benefits of internet usage for tracking and supporting the selection and evolution of the employee and, with specific tools, they can identify the motivations that can lead to increased productivity of the workforce. The previous research was looking at some possible answers to a question of great importance for companies, respectively which exactly are the factors that stimulate both productivity and creativity of today’s employee and meets they’re expectations of growth and development.

While the mentioned previous work was trying to identify the most comprehensive instruments about selecting the most suitable candidate for the organization, aiming to create a mechanism based on complex techniques of harmonizing both parties expectations, employee – organization, in a unifying accepted vision, this paper is starting from the idea that an important motivational factor for today’s worker is the growth and development perspective that they have at their workplace. This work is focussing on improving the employee’s experience of training and growth by designing a mobile based application for giving access to people to find and take multiple actions to any training program of interest for today’s market, based on the area selected and the domain by one hand. By the other hand, the tool will help companies to give the best suited training to their employees, depending on their skills and interests, to keep up with their expectations, skills, interests and motivational requirements. The platform will have a friendly interface with students at any age, giving them access based on a secure account, to a multitude of possibilities for training, internship and scholar programs, courses and other educational instruments for development and growth of the people at any age.
