Abstract:
In the new era, there is a growing need to find the best assistant for project development and management. The promotion of projects at the international level leads to the need to choose techniques for project design and management in various fields of science and practice. There is a growing need for computer applications needed for successful projects. The software used becomes an appropriate assistant for project managers.

The development of European funding projects and their integration into different operational programs is currently being monitored. But this report focuses entirely on the study of digital applications for project development and management.

The purpose of the report is to study and compare the well-known MS Project software with the same type of online project development and management software.

It is envisaged to use the systematic approach and benchmarking between the two types of programs and make the best decision as to which one is most suitable for a successful project. This study aims to identify trends in the use of this software in training and business.

The theoretical and applied approach is applied for the realization of the mentioned analysis by statistical processing of the collected research results. The data obtained from the empirical study are a prerequisite for deciding on the best software.
