Abstract:
The dynamics in the educational process requires high motivation for all participants in the training. The study aims to examine and analyze the relationship between trainees and trainers by implementing a two-component learner-trainer relationship. Training is a complex, dynamically developing system defined by this relationship. By using up-to-date knowledge teaching techniques, learners first get acquainted with the material and then check how they have mastered what they have learned. To this aim, the author will demonstrate a range of models with which to demonstrate the importance of their use.
To optimize the quality of the educational process, the following tasks must be carried out:
1. Optimization of the structure of the study material;
2. Improving the learning process plan;
3. Development of the cognitive activity of the trainees and management of the educational process;
4. Diagnostics, forecasting and design of training.
A number of probabilistic models will be demonstrated to assess the learning process.
The result of the application of the models studied in the learning process has a positive impact on the provision of knowledge to the learners as well as on the quality of the acquired knowledge and skills.
This gives reason to believe that the proposed models can be applied in various disciplines.Keywords:
