Abstract:
This report examines the demand of highly qualified staff for the business sector, production sector, etc. The managers in companies and organizations seek to choose the best people to help them build sustainable business development. An effective selection of good practices in the present information process reached through the implementation of the best selection of game models from the Game theory. Many game models known from the Game theory were surveying, and special attention was paid to the Markov games, the bi-matrix games and the evolutionary games.

The aim of the report is to propose a new approach in the demand of highly qualified staff through the use of mathematical techniques of game theory. The scientific reports provides a theoretical synthesis of the models of gaming and their effective application in the developing educational process.

The methodology offered is aimed at using game patterns and primarily on the strategies to address them.
