Abstract:
The quality of education is a priority topic and current issue for many European civilizations. The context of undergraduate teacher training is a very important indicator of the implementation of education and training in children in their early childhood. Participating in undergraduate teacher training in the context of the ECEC system (Early Childhood Education and Care System) is considered on a European scale as a significant trend in the provision of high-quality programs through which we can achieve the comprehensive development of children and at the same time significantly and effectively influence further education within their life with a view to creating inclusion in the school system. Description of the term ECEC is a long-discussed model of education and care in early childhood at the international level. It is possible to verify knowledge from empirical data that we implemented in the time horizon of the first half of 2021 in facilities providing early care for children. From the analysis of the results, it is clear that the respondents have an adequate qualified education, but it has been proven that the given education and training in early childhood does not take place according to current educational criteria comparable to European countries. We believe that the impact of the ECEC system in the implementation of the holistic curriculum would ensure more effective education and training in early care facilities. Keywords:
