Abstract:
Different manuals and textbooks offer a large amount of various activities and theoretical information that are ready-to-use in classroom instruction. However, new generation of learners that is on good terms with IT and new ways of searching for information become more demanding. Consequently, to respond to the demands of 21st century language learners, teachers have to be up-to-date and look for effective ways of introducing web-based resources into the educational process.

The article makes an overview of different Internet resources that offer grammar activities for different levels. The authors make the analysis of the content, ways of presentation of the information and methods of introducing the material in classroom settings. The article considers various methods of teaching grammar in the lessons of the Spanish language with the help of web-based resources and measures their effectiveness with the help of different tools.

The educational potential of the resources under study mostly provides authentic content and student engagement in the learning process. The article includes various practical recommendations on how to make the teaching process more progressive and motivating and give students the opportunity to develop their critical thinking and creativity with the help of computer-assisted language learning resources. The authors believe that teaching grammar using web-based resources may help to increase students’ interest in the lesson and, therefore, get more efficient results in the end of the learning process.
