Abstract:
The consortium of 3 European universities implemented the project “Glocal- innovative training of future engineers responding to problems of contemporary cities” in 2019-2022 (Erasmus+ 2019-1- PL01-KA203-065654). As a part of summary of the results of the summer school , a method of their presentation and promotion was developed. It was positively evaluated by teachers of the consortium as well as by other universities and institutions. The aim of this work is to share the experience of using the proposed Glocal poster method. The method of posters prepared by teams of 3 students was practiced and enriched during two summer schools. It was used to summarize the results of the work and to present the concept of the small architecture object, a green bus stop shelter design prepared by three-students international teams [1]. It was used to integrate in an infographic proposal complex interdisciplinary project concepts in comparable way, allowing for the identification of the attributes of the concept in terms of location, formal and functional project design and climate solutions that meet the principles of sustainable development and the needs of modern cities. The electronic and printed forms of posters were also used to promote and disseminate the results of the project at various exhibitions, during poster session of conferences, presentation in the media of universities and institutions, scientific and popular science articles [2]. We consider that this poster method is effective as it involves students, teachers and the entire project team in active cooperation.
