Abstract:
Leaders face the task of adapting and navigating through the tide of internal and external influences to provide the greatest possible result for the community in times of considerable change, complexity, and uncertainty. Leadership experts claim that leaders will encounter fresh problems for which there are no current answers and will need to make wise choices. This calls into question the vital leadership abilities needed to flourish and achieve in a complicated and unpredictable environment. Although this study is largely conceptual, it is presented as an analysis of the most important skills leaders will need to have when facing uncertainty. It relies on studying and analyzing available information all relevant information from scientific journals or research papers already present on this topic by abstracting concepts and ideas from the commercial and educational fields and our findings from the study it doesn’t involve any practical experiment. In this paper “Understanding the context, defining direction, developing people, enhancing teaching and learning, growing the organisation, leading oneself and influencing” are the strategies considered here “to improve a leader’s ability to learn, grow, and more effectively navigate the increasing complexity of our world”. We suggest several practise areas that will be crucial for administrators for the foreseeable future. Even though the article can't cover all possible skills, it does try to focus on a few important skills that are most likely to be helpful. Keywords:
