Abstract:
New generations of students have a wide range of advanced information and communication technologies (ICT) available, but usually these techniques are wasted because of the use of traditional teaching methods. In the same way, designing business web-based methods is difficult to achieve with these obsolete learning methodologies. Nowadays, the EHEA framework leads teachers to find new working ways in the classroom that promote skills in obtaining information and knowledge generation - well-valued qualities in business - and promote students´ learning independence and adaptive skills to work in groups. This article reflects the methodologies employed in New Business Models and Web Strategies subject at Business Administration degree at the University of Cantabria, including collaborative group work techniques as Jigsaw, use of web 2.0 tools as ways of communication and knowledge management tools and IBL as main tool to the production of knowledge itself. Keywords:
