Abstract:
This paper shows the final phase of the research project “Detection of formative needs in the employees of the Government of Cantabria”, carried out by the University of Cantabria, in collaboration with CEARC (Centro de Estudios de la Administracion Regional de Cantabria) in order to coordinate research and formation actions. In order to obtain the information we have interviewed 1.363 employees (90 %) belonging to the categories analyzed of the Government of Cantabria Staff. Besides knowing these workers needs, the information analysis has allowed to know their sociological profiles so that the formative offer could be adapted and improve the competitiveness of the personnel.Keywords:
