Abstract:
The authors of this communication, through various innovation projects, have created a web space with accessible audio-visual resources related to some of the mathematics courses they teach at the University of Jaen. The objective of this teaching tool was to solve the learning difficulties observed by the authors in mathematics contents students in various university degrees. The proponents have taken into consideration that not only does the use of audio-visuals in the teaching-learning process be one of the didactic resources that makes easy the assimilation of knowledge, but it also allows each student to learn at their own pace, where and when it suits them best. It should be noted that the exceptional situation caused by the COVID19 pandemic that we are experiencing, and that at times has forced non-face-to-face teaching, has only given more value to this type of material. In this paper, we present the evaluation results of this material, verifying how it has contributed to improve the teaching and learning of the content of the aforementioned courses, as well as the acceptance of it by our students.
