Abstract:
Nowadays, the computer provides to the education of Statistics with a greater degree of experimentality and produces a reinforcement in the learning of this. It is essential the use of statistical packages, in the resolution of problems with great quantity of calculations. Foremore, we have to add that the describers of these subjects are excessively extensive, compared with the credit number that they are assigned with.

The objective of this communication is to settle this situation, preparing applications, which are of a great help to transmit information with a great saving of time. Doing this, we encourage the introduction in the classroom of materials, resources and new technologies in the education and learning of Statistics.

This way, we do not aim the rigorous proof of the statistical technologies skills, but an exhibition of the theoretical basic knowledge of these disciplines and the most applicable statistical methods, and in concrete for higher education, for whose pupils of the University of Almeria (Spain) the following example was set out:

We examine the mail surveys for the current occasion in the context of sampling on two occasions when:
• There is non-response on both the occasions.
• There is non-response on first only.
• There is non-response on second occasion only.

All the results have been carried out, using the statistical package "SPSS", the program Mathematica and language LaTeX. The outputs are shown and interpreted to pupils with the Power-Point programme.
