Abstract:
The final degree project is the culmination of studies for students of the Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management. Although its specific weight according to the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) is relative to the total number of credits of the subjects, it is of a certain importance, given that it involves the application of the knowledge acquired by the student. However, it is observed that most of them focus on the application of a specific problem that requires the knowledge acquired in one or two subjects at most. In this case, a guide is proposed for carrying out a transversal project that requires the application, to a greater or lesser extent, of most of the subjects studied. In this case, the objective is the simulation of the creation and management of a company. To this end, students can be provided with a series of economic and technical data for the elaboration of the whole process. The idea is for students to apply the different tools and knowledge they acquire in each subject to their own case. To this end, in each subject, the teachers must guide the students through the different learning processes. For their part, the students must make the decisions on how to develop the work according to the data proposed for each case.

Obviously, this proposal requires a high level of coordination of all the teachers involved. In addition, for the evaluation of the work, a multidisciplinary team is needed.
