Abstract:
In the third decade of twenty first century higher education organizations postgraduate courses are under pressure from the artificial intelligence and robots. Artificial Intelligence platforms have affected higher education structures globally, changing how we develop postgraduate courses in distance learning ecosystem. The model of “Digital Intelligence Culture” (DICE) draw out questions on the forms of power and control of algorithms together with globalization may have on personalized teaching and research distance learning platforms.

The paper examines the 'paradigm shift’ is, from the detached paradigm in traditional higher education postgraduate structure in distance learning to the unitary digital paradigm in developing postgraduate courses by using artificial intelligence platform to have personalized teaching, research and student’s evaluation system. It analyses a) the case study of the postgraduate course “Cultural Organization’s Management” M.Sc, Hellenic Open University, in the era of artificial intelligences, b) the role of artificial intelligence content algorithms in developing personalized knowledge in the ‘Cultural Organization’s Management” M.Sc., c) the new value in distance learning education i.e. the public interest principles values at global and local level in order to develop an artificial intelligence examination platforms to evaluate students by using human and artificial intelligence mechanisms in distance learning education. Finally, it suggests to develop an artificial platform to activate personalized teaching, research, examination and student’s evaluation system by 2030.
