Abstract:
Personalized educational systems, Artificial intelligence and online global courses are challenging our traditional higher education ecosystem. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the next impending revolution that will be about given students and academics new knowledge opportunities. Nowadays there are few people maybe not in contact with any multifunctional info-com devices i.e. info-com PC, smartphones, tablets, etc.. According to Dirk Helbing (et al), it is estimated that in 10 years’ time there will be 150 billion networked measuring sensors, 20 times more than people on Earth.
According to the latest McKinsey Global Survey on the subject show a nearly 25 percent year-over-year increase in the use of AI in standard business processes, with a sizable jump from the past year in companies using AI across multiple areas of their business. According to Gartner the total number of connected devices will be more than 20 billion by 2020 as the ‘internet of things’ and artificial intelligence become a reality. By 2030, most of the devices and things around us, possibly even our clothing, also will be connected with the cyberspace. Therefore it is necessary to incorporate these improvements in the educational field due to the domination of digital technology in our social, economic and cultural ecosystems.
AI and algorithmic culture are trends of historical importance in our educational systems and democracy. But it also presents important questions for anyone interested in the future of education and cultural skills. The paper introduces the 'Dynamic Intelligence Culture of Education' (D.I.C.E) as the innovative model to analyze an education system at local and global levels by developing a ‘Personalized Education Content Algorithm’ (P.E.C.A) and cultural management philosophy in our global distanced learning ecosystem. The model D.I.C.E is a useful methodological tool to develop an artificial intelligence mechanism in distance learning education platforms by using a content algorithm (P.E.C.A) for introducing smart personalized education methodologies. Finally, we introduce a new human-centered intelligence philosophy and culture in our higher education which is focusing on creating 'Intelligent Cultural Skills' to students. Keywords:
