Abstract:
Augmented Intelligent Culture is a new type of cultural intellengence in hight education which is subject to developments of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Algorithmic Culture, Freedom of Expression, 'Smart On-Line Education' (SOL.EDU) and 'Surplus Value of Personal Knowledge'. AI and algorithmic culture are trends of historical importance in our educational systems and distance learning But it also presents important questions for anyone interested in the future of higher education and cultural skills in digital era. The paper introduces the 'Augmented Intelligent Skills' (A.I.S) as the model to develop global on-line lectures on smart platforms both locally and globally. These global lectures emphasizes to create a 'learning velocity' – the process of going from question to a good idea in a matter of days or weeks. An emphasis on keep learning, it is very important for people who looking to developed skills in order to locate, evaluate, and effectively use cultural knowledge in their work. For example, Mark Zuckerberg, one of Facebook’s founders, sets himself new personal learning goals each year. The vital question is: what students need to be good at to succeed in finding or keeping their work? The model of 'Augmented Intelligent Skills' (A.I.S) is focusing on creating smart skills to student at higher education system. Finally, the introduction of the model makes sense because is about how people to develop 'Augmented Intelligent Skills' (A.I.S) that computers or AI-enhances services find harder to learn. Keywords:
