Abstract:
The goal of this course is to expand and improve the "toolbox" that the students possess upon completion of their engineering curriculum. These tools will help them to adapt to the new workspace environment. The course will enable the students to develop soft skill which are required for working in today's industry, including: team work, effective time management, risk management and production of technical documents and professional presentation skill. In addition, the students will learn how to write technical and academic documents. The course will be conducted using online sessions and workshops.

We present at the conference data that has been accumulated last year from students' feedback, which shows that students enjoy the course, benefit from it, and even prefer to see this method implemented in other courses as well.
