NEW TRAINING APPROACHES TO SUPPORT THE INSTALLATION OF MEDICAL DOCTORS IN NEGLECTED AREAS IN FRANCE

Abstract:In all developed countries, the Health System is in crisis for both financial constraints and also the motivation of professionals of health. The question of the installation of medical doctors, implies major problems in some areas because of the problem of the replacement of retired doctors or lack of attractiveness of certain areas. It is becomes essential to focus on motivating young graduates doctors based on innovative training practices, through the creation of a learning and scalable digital learning platform lodged on the Web, to popularize administrative practices for private doctors and help them to succeed during their installation.
This is an innovative online learning solution that meets digital and interactive teaching to the questions of any doctors in Liberal area, being placed on a dynamic approach based on videos, quiz, serious game and any tools that meets medical needs. This transversal project covers the information technology, teaching methods, interaction of learners, validation of skills and the understanding of the ongoing optimization of the format and content, all of which find their justification in the different recent work on the development of teaching techniques and understanding of psycho-socio-cognitive phenomena involved in the transmission and use of knowledge. We will consider all the initiatives that the government has set up to encourage them to reach this objective. This approach through the establishment of an educational platform will better assist doctors to settle in the liberal sector, helping them to better understand and master the various administrative procedures they.
This work is held within a constructivist perspective of construction of social reality by the actors themselves and a comprehensive approach of complexity. They fall under French interdiscipline of information science and communication. We insist on the notion of situation addressed in a skills approach also building on the achievements of neuroscience on our global thinking on adult learning. This last theory, will strengthen our global approach for the implemented method. Finally, we will detail the implementation of this tool in a open distance training process, and the various tools that will be used and how to enroll all of them in a learning organization and also how to proceed for the virtualization of the trainer, essential to the success of this educational organization. We will innovate by implementing a lexicometric tools used as a feedback measurement of our program and that allow to the evaluation of courses and their acquisition by learners. It is very useful to gather all the comments of learners that will state up the possible upgrade and its evolution. Our project also comes under the Territorial Economic Intelligence considering the territory as a synergy of projects that promote economic development by interactions between all actors.
In conclusion, it is entirely possible to support and promote specific measures to fulfill the government program, through a technical training online, available and open to accompany the medical doctors during every step of their installation, through the content constantly enriched. The learning techniques are based on specific profile of this public and learning methods already acquired by this particular audience. This is an innovation in the training sector corresponding to a form of co-construction services with the potential users of the platform
