Abstract:
As a matter of fact, it is a given that every organisation would like to hire the most qualified employees possible. The company invests a lot of resources in seeking out the brightest people on the planet. It is also a well-known fact that we live in a constantly changing environment, both in the workplace as well as in our individual lives. We are constantly evolving and trying to adapt to new situations, sometimes more successfully, at other times with less success, depending on where we are on our journey. In order to continue to thrive in a successful organisation, it is imperative to be aware of how the world is changing. It is also imperative to understand the skill sets that will be required in the future. Knowledge of what the actual best direction is, and what the organisation actually wants and needs will allow us to lead people in the right path. This is because we can understand what constitutes the best direction. In addition, it's imperative to determine whether the needs and wants of the organisation overlap from the employment perspective.

Over the course of history, the hospitality industry has always been an active part of society, and it continues to be an important part of that society today. This industry has been around for a long time, and it has a lot of old ways of managing people, processes, and organisations. There is no doubt that changing these ways is a very challenging task. Nevertheless, as a result of recent events, the industry has been through major changes in recent years. Because of this, it was forced to adapt, otherwise, it would have gone extinct as a result of the changes that were occurring. There has been a significant change in the skill set of employees. Our research is intended to identify and understand the skill needs of employees. Within our research we propose a model that will enable us to identify and understand these needs. Additionally, we propose a predictive algorithm based on clusters of skills that will be used in combination with this mapping of skill sets. As a result of the development of this algorithm, it is capable of predicting the possible development of novel skill sets in the future.

To conclude, our proposed model objective is to ensure that we are able to predict new emerging skill sets with a specific industry. In order to ensure that our schooling system is always kept up to date with the latest organisational needs and demands.
