Abstract:
The process of learning through teamwork involves the development of communication and social skills, the building of self-confidence, the reduction of bullying among students and setting them up for success in the future. Employers prefer to hire people who have demonstrated an ability to work well as a part of a team. This is because there are very few career paths that operate in isolation. Teamwork can help people be more productive and more joyful when they work together as a team in a collaborative environment. It is imperative that students are introduced to a collaborative environment from an early age in order to prepare them for success in the future. In spite of all the positive effects that can be achieved, these effects can quickly turn negative if the team members lack the necessary experience of working with different types of cooperative groups in the past.

Our model proposes that students will work as members of different types of cooperative teams in order to ensure that they receive the most exposure to the various types of cooperative groups. This model will leverage the personality colour test and will match team members based on those results, with the goal of exposing each team member to a broad spectrum of personalities during the teamwork exercises during which each team member will be exposed to multiple personality types. Furthermore, the proposed model will ensure that members of a team are exposed to all types of personalities in a gradual way, depending on the team members' past experiences and their current needs, in addition to the exposure to all types of personalities. Aside from our proposed model, we also provide data to support the conclusions of our study by means of a set of social experiments conducted with 30 participants, who were divided into teams according to different rules. The sense of positive impact of the team was measured amongst team members via a questionnaire. During this experiment, we sought to validate the validity of the model we proposed as part of our research.

To conclude, our proposed model objective is to ensure that the team members in our proposed model are exposed to a wide variety of team members' personalities in order to propel each team member in the direction of a successful career path.
