Abstract:
Since March 2020, many children have stopped attending school because of the COVID-19 pandemic. For sure, this federal and global decision is an attempt to contain the spread of the virus. But, by the other hand, it has been shown that students are not learning enough with online teaching, parents are not prepared and do not have enough time to guide and help their children and most important; it has been observed that the integral development of youth and childhood has been stunted because of the lack of pertinent educational strategies.

Considering this global reality in the educational field and the human development characteristics and necessities of preschool children and their families; a Daycare and Preschool institution called Familygarden Child Development Community has been designed a new educational modality called “Familygarden home team” (FG home team). This modality has been implemented since August 2020 and has been characterized by giving a new and safe learning environment to students, parents and teachers. This environment is about gathering five students in a house of one of those families, with one assistant teacher that may help each of the students to work hand by hand with the Spanish and English teacher one hour per day with each by a video session and organizing face to face complementary activities with the micro-group. It also considers P.E. class, Emotional intelligence workshop, arts workshop, a parents workshop and an educational round table for parents and teachers.

In order to systematize this educational modality, it has been conducted a qualitative research by applying an instrument by Google forms, semi structured interviews and focus groups with the 100% of the parents, students and teachers involved in the 5 FG home teams of Preschool level in the institution. By these, important data related to 4 categories:
(1) Academic performance
(2) Family development,
(3) Integral preschoolers development and
(4) Satisfaction of parents and teachers by this modality has been analyzed.

To achieve the main objective of the research, it has been made a mental organizer with ATLAS.ti to identify the main elements of the modality, strengths and weaknesses to develop the systematization of the modality and by this, share the Pedagogical and Educational elements, moments and complete process with other Preschools from Mexico, Costa Rica and Spain.
