Abstract:
The professional development of teachers is an essential aspect in improving the quality of education. Teaching mentoring is an effective and increasingly used strategy for supporting teachers.

Teacher mentoring can play a significant role in developing teachers' skills and competencies. Through mentoring, teachers receive support, guidance and feedback from experienced teachers, enabling them to improve their practice and thus develop preschoolers holistically.

Through mentoring, teachers receive emotional support and constructive feedback, which contributes to increasing self-confidence and developing a positive attitude towards teaching practice, but also to optimizing preschoolers' results. A mentor can help teachers recognize and capitalize on their strengths and overcome their weaknesses. The mentor can provide guidance and direction in these matters, giving teachers a practical guide to develop and improve their educational practices.

The mentor-mentee relationship plays an essential role in the professional development of teachers, contributing to the acquisition of knowledge and skills necessary for the development of quality educational practices.

The research topic aims to improve the results of preschoolers by implementing a mentoring program based on the TeachRo classroom observation tool. TeachRo is a tool that provides a clear picture of classroom practices, can be used as a monitoring and evaluation tool, and can also be used as part of a teacher professional development system to identify strengths and weaknesses of teachers and to guide.

This research aims to investigate classroom practices and how they influence children's outcomes. Starting from concerns regarding the optimization of preschoolers' results and observing the need to improve teachers' practices, we carried out an experiment aimed at conducting group observations using the TeachRo tool and applying a mentoring program.
