Summary:
Upper Education Institutions currently require high quality standards that may represent a series of guidelines to improve academic programs. This will help alumni to be a part of society’s development with a sense of quality and belonging. This will be done by means of a process of validation which shall be defined as an appraisal that will indicate if an institution will get certain level or status. Once the validation has been made, it will be decided if the educational institution might be properly admitted into a certain category.
The purpose of this work is that of emphasizing the relevance of having a system of information through the design of software with effects of sustainability that will allow the control of evidence for the process of validation of the School of Administration of Universidad Veracruzana.

Goal:
To develop software with effects of sustainability that will allow the control of evidence for the process of validation of the School of Administration of Universidad Veracruzana.

Development:
In order to develop this work, a qualitative methodology was used; according to the problematic that has been encountered at the school, it is of great interest to have tools that will enable us to fulfill the process of revision of documented evidence to validate educational programs through a system of information that provides document management in a secure and orderly fashion.
That is why the proposal of a system of information to control documented evidence with different categories that correspond to the structure of information, and at the same time subject to the established guidelines of the certification entity is hereby shown.

Conclusion:
As a result of this work it can be agreed that the development of software represents a fundamental tool according to the Universidad Veracruzana sustainability policy that will guarantee social, environmental and economical well-being by means of an efficient and rational administration of the resources through a series of systematized and properly arranged that will result in the development of a validation process in the Upper Education Institutions.
