Abstract:
According to what is established on the Universidad Veracruzana Sustainability Master Plan, and essentially in the vein of the Environmental Management University System (SUMA in Spanish), the Administration School, specifically for the Tourist Administration program, Tourism represents a highly important topic, especially when it comes to environmental care and culture, as it strengthens our own identity, getting us closer to our traditions by exploring Pre-Hispanic cities in the State, which enables us to preserve our own ecosystems: Moreover it is essential to generate productive investments that create employment, having as a result good economy and social progress. That is why there is need of collaborative work that allows transversality of knowledge in different academic programs. This will improve the quality of life of the native people in Veracruz in a number of areas, such as health and decent life styles and both of them get stronger by the commitment of the faculty, students and that of the Universidad Veracruzana itself regarding sustainable tourism. Keywords:
