Abstract:

In the modern educational environment, the amount of used information is constantly increasing. The collecting and processing necessary information about the client and internal base of the organization can take a lot of time and require extreme accuracy due to its size. One of the solutions to this problem can be in use of an automation system implemented on the basis of a Telegram bot.

For the implementation and adoption of the Telegram bot as part of the automation of some educational processes, the authors analyzed the features of electronic means of information exchange and the functionality of the Telegram bot, gave a brief description of the software for the implementation of the information system, developed functionality for users of the automated information system.

The experience of using a Telegram bot in the work of a specialist in an educational organization has shown that a Telegram bot is one of the most convenient and simple services for implementing automation of the work of a specialist in an educational institution. The bot allows to get an instant response to a request without requiring the participation of any other person, while the response is instant. Any parent can freely access it, since you do not need to download any programs or register anywhere to use it, all the functionality is implemented inside the messenger, which is used by a huge number of users.
