Abstract:
This paper describes a teaching experience based on the use of videotutorials on how to perform an econometric research project. These videos served as a multimedia guide, always accessible for students, to elaborate their research project, which weights 20% of their final grade. Our objective is to improve students’ learning process on how to make a research project, increasing the quality of the works, which will improve the marks in the project. We also aimed at improving the final marks of the subject. In this paper, we describe this experience and present the results, which show that most of the students have found in videotutorials a supporting tool for writing their econometric research project and grades have improved.Keywords:
