Abstract:
The European Convergence involved, even before its final implementation, the need to rethink the model of university education. It also implied the need to incorporate new experiences of innovation based on the use of ICT in branches of knowledge such as Labour and Social Security Law. This incorporation would have been unthinkable years ago.
After years of experience in teaching innovation, this paper analyses three experiences of innovation supported by the use of ICT in Labour and Social Security Law in the School of Labour Studies at the University of Murcia. These experiences reflect on three representative cases: a pilot experience in Labour Sciences Degree through the Open Course Ware (2008-2009), the continuous participation in the university teaching innovation project for the production of syllabi in a subject that is part of the Degree in Labour Relationships and Human Resources (2009-2010 /2010-2011 / 2011-2012), and the production of digital material for the Masters in Occupational Risk Prevention (2012-2013).Keywords:
