Abstract:
In this paper we present an intervention program for 3 aged students entitled “Aprender a Convivir” (Learning to Coexistence). The main goal of the program is to develop in students a set of social skills necessary for muffling possible risk factors they found along lifespan. We want students to reflect, according their age, about contents and to practice prosocial behaviors in order to establish right relationships and for prevising antisocial behaviors and social maladjustment.
The program goes through out three thematic areas: 1) Rules and its fulfillment; 2) sentiments and emotions; 3) communication skills, and, 4) help and cooperation. Each area is divided in three units, subdivided in two sessions each one. With these areas we try to work the most important aspects in this development phase and increasing their difficulty. Parents are very important for facilitating the transference and generalization of learning to different contexts.
