Abstract:
The curriculum of the School of Medicine, UNAM, is characterized by a large amount of content.
We review virtual resources offered by each department, and found that there are materials that offer from 6 to 58% of support materials.
Incorporating New Technologies of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), reflecting advances in all fields, then, why no noticeable improvements? one of the most frequent mistakes is to try to move the traditional session to a virtual environment, and then uses technology as a tool that provides comfort and ease but neglect important aspects such as curriculum design, planning of activities, precise instructions, headings, etc..,
The school efficiency can be increased if used properly technological resources otherwise far from help, will cause frustration and discomfort for students. Students are digital natives and they can’t be nor should they be entertained at carrying out activities that do not contribute to their better preparation.
In the present research reviews the resources that have students studying the first and second year of medical studies have been used as well as actions that far from helping, can confound and limit the development of the students.
After the review, we detect what the main problem is: Does not exist a record of the number of unloads for every material, that no permit know the "usefulness" of materials.
