Abstract:
Actually developed countries are experiencing processes that tend to form their organizations into knowledge-based economies (KBE). In this development the flow of goods in most economic areas has been gradually replaced by the flow of knowledge and information. Therefore, due to the intensity of the international competition is continuously increasing, countries are pressed to improve their capabilities to rapidly generate and disseminate knowledge. Moreover, the benefits of cooperation are considered as key issues because of the benefits to be gained, the cooperation enables organizations to access human capital, access to research results, obtain financial and organizational/institutional benefits. Some authors propose the collaboration among researchers as a central part of its activities. This allows that exponential growth at scientific collaboration rates is anticipated as a consequence of professional research communities. Therefore, scientific collaboration can be viewed as fundamental to the science progress, due to it allows to study complex problems, complete gaps and enables the critical mass is reached for the advancement of knowledge.

So, the study of collaborative networks has an impact when it comes to analyzing environments where participants interact forming teams with common interest. The difficulty of these interactions rising when different disciplines try to work jointly in research. In other words, the multidisciplinarity becomes more difficult and complex to analyze and the results reflect a greater or lesser degree the level of success. On the other hand, the power to track the performance and optimize the capabilities of the team in order to get better results is a difficult goal when it is required to start a new project or is faced with a different environment. However, this new paradigm of collaboration has led to an increase in the complexity of the interactions, the volume of information that is managed, filtering and analysis of the same and a limited global vision for all participants by the large number of interactions that are present. The goal of this work is the proposal based on a new paradigm that allows to represent a scientific teamwork that helps in the search for solutions to new opportunities based on the recovery of the prior experience.

This paper shows the technical development of a science collaboration model in the Autonomous University of Hidalgo State, as a means to improve the relations between the R&D centres located in the university. The proposal is based on both the review and analysis of the literature as the analysis of five research centers and carried out by the case study approach. The analysis highlights the main characteristics that do possible to identify the means best suited to empower the establishment of scientific cooperative processes, in order to achieve the R&D results. Trough this, it's possible to integrate and define the basis of the proposed design and the contributions that it offers as part of the definition of an Intelligent Collaboration Network.
