Abstract:
The purpose of the article is the analysis of new tendencies in the organization of training process when preparing the top skills at universities. It is shown that nowadays training of graduate students has to meet the high requirements to their theoretical and practical preparation. Among them – necessity of formation of the competences connected with possible future pedagogical work (training on the subject "Pedagogy of the Higher School"), increasing knowledge on subject domain of research, and also formation of research skills (within a training course of "Writing for Academic Journals"). Due to the small number of classroom lectures and existence of abilities to work independently on the content of training for teaching of training course "Writing for Academic Journals", as an experiment, a model of training Flipped Learning is applied. Graduate students according to their training direction received the electronic educational packages containing a record of video lectures on problems of search, structuring materials of articles, search of scientific journals, drawing up literature bibliographies. Classroom work consisted of exercises on writing of summaries, drafting, responding to reviewers’ feedback. Estimates of graduate students and teachers of an occasion of efficiency of the Flipped Learning model are given. The positive points were: a possibility of repeated reproduction of fragments of lecture, specification of terms, saving of time spent for information search on the Internet, use of materials in the convenient place at any time. The dissadvantages found were: impossibility of performance of an educational task in audience in case lecture hasn't been seen at home, additional training of the teacher, bad quality of record, etc. In this article measures for improvement of teaching for the Flipped Learning model which is admitted as worthy alternative to traditional teaching are suggested.
